Barry Mendelson
President & CEO
Barry Mendelson's passion for entertainment, live events, television and sports is reflected throughout his career.
Sustaining more than 50 years in the entertainment industry, some of his
career highlights and notable achievements can be found here.
A native of Rochester, New York, Mendelson graduated from Ithaca College in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. He went on to enter the United States Army in 1966, where he served as a Communications Specialist in the 3rd Armored Division, stationed in Frankfurt, Germany.

​​​Currently, Mendelson is the President and CEO of Mendelson Entertainment Group LLC where he oversees and manages every aspect of the company--from conception to completion. Today he has 25 catalogue television programs airing on 11 AVOD streaming platforms and FAST channels.
​
Mendelson Entertainment Group LLC also produces Lightwire Theater, an international performing arts sensation that finished as runner-up on America's Got Talent and performed on mainland of China on 7 separate years.

King Hollis - Partner, Producer, Director
​
A 27-year Creative Executive veteran, Hollis focuses on producing turnkey, script-to-screen productions and implementing broadcast and marketing strategies. After working as a crew member on film sets, he turned his love for storytelling into a career in filmmaking and development. King went on to develop, create and produce television shows, movies, and creative content for ABC, FOX, CW, Universal, PBS, Play Boy Loma Alta, Sony, Vertical Entertainment, PBS,Netflix, Amazon, Direct TV, Dish, Comcast, Bay Films, and Lionsgate.
As a commercial director, King won several advertising awards, and his narrative film work has placed in festivals all over the globe, winning him Best Director for his film Pearl at the Native American Film Festival. Other honors for Pearl include a screening as a finalist at the Heart Land Film Festival, and a screening at the United Nations.
King’s studio model of creative development, advertising concepts, media placement, physical production and broadcast strategies has created a singular voice in the content space, and King's Branded Entertainment Solution innovation has made him a thought leader in the integration of advertising and entertainment.

Peter Salsich III - Partner, Producer, Legal Counsel
Pete Salsich III AKA "The Screen Laywer" is an experienced entertainment and intellectual property attorney representing content creators and creative businesses of all types in connection with their business formation, deal structure, rights acquisition, production legal, film financing, intellectual property licensing, and copyright and trademark protection.
Pete is also one of the Executive Producers of “Spaghetti Wars” – an episodic cooking competition television series filmed in St. Louis, MO. He is the host of The Screen Lawyer Podcast, and is a regular speaker on legal and producing topics in the film and television industry, including most recently at the “Monday on Main Street” legal panel at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival.
Salsich is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, where he serves as an Adjunct Professor and teaches upper-level courses. He is a regular guest lecturer at Webster University, is a frequent Entertainment Law legal panelist for Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts, and regularly presents Master Classes on “Film and The Law” and “Investing In Film” for Cinema St. Louis and the St. Louis International Film Festival.
Pete serves on the Board of Film in MO, the Missouri Motion Media Association, which works with
the state legislature and promotes Missouri’s tax incentive program for film and television productions, and is the President Emeritus on the Board of The Angel Band Project, which provides music therapy programs for victims of sexual violence.
Salsich is also a below-average guitar player who surrounds himself with far more accomplished musicians
and can occasionally be found around St. Louis playing rock-and-roll with the band “Eighty-One”.

Hale Baskin - Production & Development Manager

Hale Baskin has spent her entire life in the entertainment industry; she began her career as an award-winning Jazz vocalist and bandleader in the SF Bay Area. Hale performed nationally and internationally with various acts before settling in Denton, TX to attend music school at the prestigious University of North Texas Jazz program. She led several musical ensembles, solidifying her reputation as a sought-after vocalist and bandleader, before later segueing into live event production and TV & Film development.

Currently, Hale serves as Live Event Producer for the new cooking competition TV show, Spaghetti Wars, and leads the Development team for projects within Mendelson Entertainment Group.
Hale leverages her knowledge of the industry, ear for technical detail, and years of leadership experience to ensure the success of her projects and the morale of her team.
